• Job Duties :

• With experience in handling import and export shipping document.
• Follow up orders by coordinating with factory in China and merchandising team in HK office
• Perform clerical duties for the shipping department
• Handle and assist ad hoc duties as assigned by management

        Requirements :

• Form 5 or above with at least 2 years relevant working experience
• Knowledge in full set of L/C, banking documents, Tradelink Declaration & I/E documents
• Good skills in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing
• Mature, responsible, self-motivated, willing to learn
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Immediately available is preferable
