Bright White Trading HK Limited is the HK office of Fizz Creations Ltd. The job is based in our HK office and you will be part of our expanding team in quality assurance.

Job Description - Reporting to the office manager role encompasses

• Liasing with UK office on both QA and sales related matters.
• Liasing with product development team and accredited test house to identify and arrange necessary testing. Ensure products comply with international standards.
• Working closely with production, to ensure that customers' specifications are met
• Evaluating samples
• Conduct factory audits, to ensure suppliers comply with local law requirement, and international standards. Follow up corrective action plan.
• Shipping co-ordination
• Exhibition coordination
• General office administration
• Occasionally travel to China

Any applicant should have:

• At least 3 years' experience of a quality assurance
• Knowledge of general requirement and regulation on toys and electronic products
• The ability to understand recognized audit standard (e.g. SMETA, ICTI) and test report.
• Excellent communication (Both English and Putonghua)
• Good Excel and Word skills
• Be able to work as part of a team
• A proven record of achievement in this role
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Be self motivated
• Good references
