Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

  • Plan and execute AmCham monthly cocktail with theme
  • Handle registrations, manage registration lists and follow up event payments for all programs and events

  • Provide event management support for our invitation-only events

  • Work with other Event Team members on event logistics

  • Communicate effectively with Committees on the AmCham priorities to provide appropriate guidance to Committee Chairs on events planning

  • Execute administrative work for 24 AmCham committees

  • Maintain event attendees database

  • Prepare promotional and marketing materials for events 

 

Requirements:

  • Ideally a university graduate, major in Marketing or related discipline

  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in service environment

  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

  • Able to write promotional materials in English

  • Fast paced and able work independently with sound judgement

  • Willing to learn and take up new assignments

  • Excellent communicator and a good team player

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Immediate availability is preferable
