Reports to one of the Directors, the Procurement Manager oversees all related operations, ensures best practices, and provides leadership direction to the team members to achieve departmental and Corporate objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Procurement Department from strategic planning to implementation of analysis, pricing, selection, delivery and risk mitigation
• Know-how to align commodity, materials and technology to ensure high performance and quality of the end products
• Supplier base optimization
• Supplier performance management
• Enhance manufacturing productivity by working closely and effectively with various departments

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience in managerial level and manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of textile preferred
• EXCEPTIONAL INTEGRITY AND WORK ETHIC
• Sound interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Station in Zhejiang is required
