Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Performing Customer Service duties such as greeting parents and students, handling incoming calls, walk-in inquiries, tuition payment, registration and complaints
  • Communicating with customers closely, developing, establishing and maintaining customer relations
  • Handling other general office administration work such as the maintenance of the Centre's equipment, procurement & supplies
  • Providing general administrative support and performing other ad-hoc duties assigned by senior management
  • Supervising the Customer Service team and maintaining smooth operation in the Centre

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above with good working experience in Customer Service, (experience in education field is not a must but an advantage)
  • Customers-oriented, hard-working , flexible, result-oriented, with a positive attitude and ability to act as a good team player
  • Open minded, willing to communicate with people with good communication skill
  • Enjoying working with parents and students
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Being able to work on Saturdays and Sundays (the off-days will be between Mon. and Fri.)
