JOB SUMMARY

• Under the direction of Exec team, the Sr. Business Analyst manages the overall business data, report and KPI analyst. Working closely with Exec team on strategic plan and business proposal.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

• Reports to Exec team;

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Support the board/C-level Executives in their daily tasks including schedule meetings, strategic planning and preparing post meeting, notes and respective communication
• Create MIL with people from the Exec Committee and do the follow-up to be sure all the action are achieved on time
• Collect KPI and report from the different division, share the information or summarise/synthesise for the board
• A high level of business and confidential acumen is essential - exposure to Exec and C level discussion, planning and build out.
• Provide consulting support to the business KPI workshops with key users and process owners  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or 3+ years of equivalent experience in a similar position in Business Consulting, Information Technology / Information Systems industry 
• 6+ years of experience with Business Objects BA development, and other business reporting tools 
• Experience with Dashboard Design development, Web Intelligence report development and understanding data models 

REQUIREMENT

• A legal back ground with Company Secretary
• Willingness and open to work on issues and find the root cause 
• Logical and methodical approach to problem solving 
• Capability to multitask, and work under pressure with changing priorities is essential to this role 
• Fluent in English and willing to travel regionally and globally on request

PREFERRED

• Candidate needs also a background with Western exposure.
