We are currently recruiting a report writer to join our friendly team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Translation of materials and field reports from Chinese to English or vice versa
• Preparation of well written, accurate report
• Liaise with staff to ensure report is clear, correct and accurate.
• Administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• University graduate in Translation or Diploma in Translation related major with at least 2-3 years relevant experience
• Strong organizational skills and good sense of responsibility, team player, willing to assist colleagues
• Cheerful, energetic, initiative and detail-oriented
• Professional with good personality and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines & to work with minimum supervision
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese and to read simplified and traditional Chinese and accurate translation skills include using “Pinyin”
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Chinese processing, fast typing skills & good keyboard knowledge
• Immediately available is preferred.

Offering

• 13 Months’ Salary

• Five day working week

Salary range: HK$10,000 to HK$20,000 depending on experience.
