• Degree Holders with minimum 2 years’ of relevant experience or
• Associated Degree/Diploma/Higher Certificate with 3 years of relevant experience
• Relevant professional qualifications in property management is an advantage
• Self-motivated, service-oriented, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Knowledge in using MS word and Excel is desirable;
