Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the daily operation, maintain service standards and customers satisfaction;
• Supervise procurement, administration, personnel matters conducted by teammates;
• Prepare quotation, proposal and contracts;
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints;
• Develop strategies to accomplish business goals;
• Prepare financial and manpower budgets for the sustainable growth of the Company;
• Handle related ad-hoc projects assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

• Holder of Diploma or above in any disciplines;
• At least 5 years’ managerial experience in Facility Management or Cleaning Services field;
• Strong in leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Detailed-minded, self-motivated, mature, independent and able to word under pressure;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Good computer skill (Proficiency in MS Word & Excel and Chinese word processing);
• With driving license is an advantage;
• Immediately available is preferable.
