Responsibilities

• Responsible for shopping malls leasing, tenancy liaison, rental renewals and marketing for the Group’s projects
• To lead the team to develop leasing strategies and business plan to optimize the rental yield
• Keep abreast of market trend and conduct tenant mix analysis
• Maintain excellent relationship with tenants by providing quality tenant services
• Nurture long-term relationship and bring in new potential tenants
• Co-ordinate with other stakeholders on renovation works, takeover / handover of premises, fitting-out works and ad hoc duties

Requirements

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, Surveying or related disciplines
• A minimum of 8 years related working experience gained in sizeable developer or global retailers
• Sound business acumen and strong retail network in PRC
• Well versed with Hong Kong and PRC real estate practices is a must
• Self-starter with international exposure and creativity
• Excellent interpersonal skills, sound analytical mind and proactive attitude
• Stationed in Guangzhou is highly preferred
