Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Account and Order Management

  • Direct liaison with NY-based Customer Service on partner orders and any systems-related tasks/questions/deliverable
  • Compile competitive sales information
  • Communicate with account about order issues and discrepancies  
  • Own set up of new partners/doors in all systems & troubleshoot 

Reporting, Analytics and Financial Planning

  • Data compilation & validation of information from accounts
  • Run reports on weekly, monthly, and ad hoc basis for weekly meetings, business reviews, senior management meetings, pricing analysis, etc.
  • Maintain data related to account including regular audits and communication to cross-functional partners on issues
  • Connect with systems points of contacts for resolutions or testing

Assortment Planning

  • Pull and compile previous sales data
  • Own centralized markdown list for partners to reference

Market

  • Prepare account specific ad hoc analyses and supporting documents
  • Partner with Senior Account Manager and Account Executives to execute order updates, reconciliation, and relevant buy sheet files necessary for Merchandising, Production, Customer Service, and wholesale partners under tight timelines and time zones

Logistics

  • Feed account information to logistics on specific information to move forward
  • Organize and lead any outstanding follow ups and exceptions based Logistics needs with wholesale partners and/or the warehouse(s)
  • Ensure in-season monthly shipping targets are met and manage risks and opportunities with Planning and Logistic teams

EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED

  • Degree holder in relevant disciplines
  • Has 2-4 years of retail/wholesale/travel retail work experience in the luxury/fashion retail sector
  • Possesses account management experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service
  • Proactive, presentable, self-motivated, team player and problem solver
  • Able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
  • Excellent data analysis skills and multi-tasking skills                   
  • Excellent command in English & Chinese, knowledge of other Asia languages is a plus
  • With SAP experience is a plus
