Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily warehouse operations
• Enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the operation flow, working process, safety and serurity
• Responsible for order fulfillment process from order generation, pick/pack to distribution
• To maintain good communication with internal and external parties
• Maintain accurate operation records and reports

 Requirements:

• Tertiary educated with relevant certificate in Logistics or related disciplines
• At least 3 years' experience in warehouse operations with at least 1 year in supervisory level; previous experience in retail business/FMCG will be an asset
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly disciplined, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and tight schedule
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
