Responsibilities

• Responsible for general shipping operations

• Coordinate / communicate with internal / external parties on follow up shipments

• Follow-up orders with customers, suppliers & factory

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Form 5 / DSE or above

• Minimum 3 years relevant experiences in Shipping or Logistics operation

• Aable to handle full set of I/E shipping/banking documents/coordinate shipments

• Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Trade Link

• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese

• Independent, proactive, strong in communication skills

• Well-organized, positive and responsible

• Immediate available is highly preferred
