Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that technical support to maintenance is provided engineering activities contracted with the customer.

2. Coordinate Airworthiness Directives and OEM Service Bulletins as necessary with CoC and the customer.

3. Coordinate the continuously monitors the effectiveness of reliability program.

4. Control the aircraft configuration, modification and weight and balance.

5. Ensure that all EASA/ FAA Ads / DGCA mandatory modifications, mandatory and recommended Service Bulletins are compiled as appropriate, that all Operators Transmissions, FOTs etc. that pertain to airline aircraft / engines / avionics components or systems are reviewed and complied when applicable.

6. Produce and distribute the fleet performance reports used to monitor and evaluate the mechanical performance of the fleet.

7. Administer the airline reliability program. This program identifies measures, controls, and report on aircraft structural, system components and power plant mechanical performance reliability.

8. Submit analysis data to, provide for the operation of the reliability control board.

9. Review by preparing Technical Directives Evaluation (TDE) for all Airworthiness Directives, the latest revision of all EASA/ FAA/ Ads and DGCA mandatory modifications that pertain to fleet aircraft/engines/ APU/ system or components and determining action required to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. 

10. Perform SBs reviews by preparing TDE only for categories mandatory & recommended and SIL, AOT etc. for applicability and system reliability and or economic benefits and determining action required to ensure compliance.

11. Obtain RDAS and TA from Airbus when requested by the customer.

12. Update weight and balance data following implementation of Aircraft modification

13. Maintain the Electrical Load Analysis of each aircraft following the implementation of SB and STC

14. Maintain an aircraft damage report for each aircraft.

15. Deputize the FTM Director when absent from the office.

16. Aircraft configuration management and maintenance information system update

Qualifications Requirements:

1.  AME Diploma or Engineering Degree, licence on A350 or any Airbus fleet.

2. 3 years of paid working experience in Aircraft technical environment.

3. Exposure to structural inspection / damages assessment and repair process will be added advantage.
