Job Description

Responsibilities:

Audit and Concurrence

  • To assist Financial Audit Manager in vetting proposals and recommendations in relation to revenue and expenditure issues
  • To concur concept, quantity and monetary value of all such proposals deemed appropriate or to give comments otherwise
  • To assist Financial Audit Manager in vetting and/or commenting on contents and terms of business agreements before commitment
  • To keep records on expenses incurred for each A&M promotions and events and ensure that the overall expenses are within the approved and concurred budget
  • To prepare Competitor Analysis on regular basis.
  • To prepare non-concurrence and cost-saving report as and when required.
  • To conduct operational audit as and when required
  • To carry out ad hoc assignments as and when required.

Compliance and Business Integrity 

  • To ensure that people understand and are complying with the procedures and processes
  • To ensure compliance of internal controls
  • To ensure that financial practices are sound and in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and prevailing legislation as well as company guidelines, policies and procedures
  • To communicate effectively with other functions, understand their needs and impact upon them in implementing policies and procedures
  • To work independently and behave with integrity
  • To fully understand and be able to communicate our Omni-channel service to customers if needed
