JOB PROFILE

Report to:  Financial Controller
Division:      Retail
Location:     Hong Kong

MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE

As a pillar of accounting team to support daily operations and transactional accounting of the company.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To prepare accounting entries for account receivables, general journals for recurring standard transactions on timely manner, and to check the supporting documents ensuring accuracy and proper authorization.
• Perform POS daily close checking and reconcile to different payment options such as merchant accounts to ensure completeness of income receipts.
• Produce debit and credit note for inter-company transactions, and to reconcile ITC balances on monthly basis.
• Assist in month-end closing process.
• Responsible for stock movement reconciliation to ensure accuracy of inventory balance and sales revenue.
• Perform other various duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time.
  
  
  

WORK EXPERIENCE

• University graduate and member/student member (final stage) of professional accounting association
• At least 5 years relevant working experience, prior working experience in retail industry is preferred
• Mature, independent, strong sense of responsibility and a good team player
• Flexible in a growing business environment, and able to meet deadlines
• Experience in MicroSoft Dynamics AX or any other ERP system and proficient in using MS Word and MS Excel applications
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Immediate available is highly desired
