• Monitor cash positions at all times, place securities (HK equities, bonds and foreign equities) deals and execute trades for house clients, resolve any error trades promptly whenever appropriate 
• Initiate trading platform with team and assist on security dealing policies drafting
• Establish a dealing team to ensure quality customer service and for instance, credit checking, implement trading systems, cost control to support new product initiatives, minimize operational risks, standardizing
• Execute trade ideas, and ensure efficient and effective execution and compliance with in-house policies and regulations.
• Work closely with back office on post-trade work, including booking trades and resolving trade issues.
• Conduct fundamental research and analysis on potential trade ideas, and make recommendations to fund manager.
• IPO: placements, arrange credit facilities, briefings, pre-IPO trading

Requirement:

• Responsible Officer of Type 1 and 4
• Bachelor degree or above in Economics, Finance or related discipline
• Minimum 6-year experience in dealing securities
• Knowledge and interest in financial markets and asset management.
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Proactive, analytical, quick thinking, team player with the ability to work in a high pressure environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin
