Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operations, including Payable, Receivable and all accounts ledger;
• Set up Finance policies and procedures;
• Assist in month-end closing and preparation of accounts statements and schedules;
• Assist in annual budget and financial analysis;
• Assist in ad hoc assignments.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree;
• Min 4 years relevant experience;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing;
• Responsible, attention to details, self-motivated and well organized;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
