Responsibilities

• Perform all general accounting and taxation issue of the Company
• Handle full sets of account and financial statements
• Manage all accounting functions including day/month-end closing, cash flow, forecasting and financial reporting
• Liaise with auditors for the year-end audit and prepare the audit schedule
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments and projects

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting or above; with at least 3 - 5 years relevant experience
• Accounting experience in group reporting and listed company is preferable
• Good PC skills and knowledge of  Peachtree is preferred
• Familiar with tax rules and accounting standards in Hong Kong and PRC
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an advantage but not a must.
• Detailed-oriented with good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills and high level of integrity
• Proactive, stable and able to work under pressure
• Immediately available is preferred
