Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of office administrative support, includes but not limited to office procurement, equipment & facilities management, regular housekeeping, warehouse management, company car fleet management, fixed asset management, insurance & license renewal, courier services etc.
  • Organize and coordinate company meetings and activities
  • Responsible for business travel arrangement
  • Establish and implement group administration policies and procedures to ensure the proper flow of work throughout the Company
  • Assist in office relocation and renovation project, monitor and follow up defects and reinstatement.
  • Liaise and coordinate with external vendors and service providers as well as monitor and review the service quality regularly
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned 

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 3 year’s hands-on experience in office administration, gained in healthcare and retail industry is highly preferred
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, self-motivated and proactive team player with strong communication skills and organizational skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Administration Officer
  • Immediately available is preferred
