Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive administrative and secretarial duties
• Provide secretarial services to the Director on both business support and personal affairs including but not limited to scheduling business appointments & travel and hotel reservation

• Assist in preparing proposal and agreement

• Answer and handle incoming telephone calls in a professional manner

• Assist in ad hoc tasks and assignments

Requirements:

• Associate Degree or above

• Good telephone manner with strong communication skill

• Good command of Chinese and English, capable to communicate in Mandarin
• Independent, trustworthy, detail minded, flexible, good common sense and strong sense of responsibilities
• Self-motivated and good team player

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing

• Fresh graduate will also be considered and immediate available is preferable
