Job Description:
Dedicate to warehouse administration and operations in order to provide service and finally customer satisfaction.

Main Functions:
1. Logistic administration and operation
2. Support warehouse daily operations
3. Check material arrivals/receiving to warehouse and documentation.
4. Control of warehouse inbound activity and related problem solving
5. Issuing and printing of inbound delivery
6. Ensure picking documents and DN are ready for picking.
7. Inquire and solve picking anomalies
8. Keep clean and alined WM and stock value in SAP
9. Administration support to inventory check operations
10.Customer claim inquiring and solving
11.Take care that administration best practices are respected
12.Relationship with couriers and forwarders for daily operative issues and information
13.Control and report of assigned KPIs

Skills, Knowledge and Qualification:
1. College degree or equivalent education
2. Fluent English and Cantonese. Good in mandarin or another language
3. Master MS office and SAP
4. Excellent team work attitude
5. Commitment to customer satisfaction
6. Flexible and proactive
7. At least 3 years in distribution centers or warehouses administration
