• Oversee recruitment activities in Hong Kong & Macau office and drive the entire recruitment process
• Identify, evaluate and select effective sourcing channels including traditional and social media in order to meet business needs
• Work closely with line managers to understand staffing needs and selection criteria
• Prepare recruitment reports for management review
• Conduct market survey for benchmarking and prepare regular report on salary scale
• Coordinate & organize ad hoc projects, assignments and company event

We are looking for

• Degree with stable track record of minimum 2 years of talent acquisition experience preferably gain from retail
• Self-motivated, independent with strong communication skills
• Good in planning, analytical and attention to details
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
