Let’s work together
- Oversee recruitment activities in Hong Kong & Macau office and drive the entire recruitment process
- Identify, evaluate and select effective sourcing channels including traditional and social media in order to meet business needs
- Work closely with line managers to understand staffing needs and selection criteria
- Prepare recruitment reports for management review
- Conduct market survey for benchmarking and prepare regular report on salary scale
- Coordinate & organize ad hoc projects, assignments and company event
We are looking for
- Degree with stable track record of minimum 2 years of talent acquisition experience preferably gain from retail
- Self-motivated, independent with strong communication skills
- Good in planning, analytical and attention to details
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
