Job Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day administration support to the operations of the human resources function.
• Assist in the recruitment process, such as handling part time recruitment, job posting, screening CV, and lining up interviews, etc.
• Assist in staffing process including new staff on-board and exit process.
• Assist in preparing general on board documentation for all new employees.
• Update and keep leave record.
• Assist in organising staff activities and annual company events.
• Take care of reception desk when the receptionist is absent.
• Assist in ad hoc assignments when required.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources; experience in office administration is an advantage.
• Familiar with Hong Kong labour law and other related regulations.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Well-organized, a sense of responsibility, attentive to details.
• Able to work with confidential and sensitive information.
• Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese.
• Good computer skills in MS Word and Excel.

 Candidates with more experience will be considered as HR Officer.
