Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily settlement for fund products transaction
• Execute day-end procedures, handle reconciliation and ensure discrepancies are rectified
• To liaise with front office, brokers and clients in resolving settlement issues
• Coordinate new systems / new product projects involved to support relevant business development
• Participate in system UAT and ad-hoc project when required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance/ Business/ Economics/ Accounting or related disciplines
• At least 5 years relevant experience in Funds Settlements
• Experience in other products settlement is an advantage
• Good knowledge of the whole investment operations work flow
• Attention to details and with good risk awareness
• Be a good team-player, proactive, self-motivated, and positive learning attitude.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
