Responsibilities:

• Assist Merchandising team to prepare related reports for brand performance analysis
• Work closely with vendors and retail staff to follow up delivery status
• Monitor inventory, samples stock situations to ensure appropriate levels of stock are maintained in stores in a timely manner
• Assist in launching new products by following up with product information and launch date
• Liaise with Marketing and VM team for launching Beauty Project

Requirements:

• University graduate with Business related disciplines preferred
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in cosmetics or skincare industry 
• Hands-on PC experience in MS office especially Excel & PowerPoint
• Good organizational skills and sensitive with numbers
• Detail-minded, excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
