Job Description
Our client is an international retailer of cosmetics, beauty supply, consumer good and personal care products who are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Being part of regional IT helpdesk team and be the first point of contact of the users
- Act as 1st level technical support for IT hardware and software installation, maintenance and troubleshooting
- Be able to categorize IT related issues and problems, and to assign task or incident ticket into the regional ITSM Service Desk system when required
- Handle and resolve users’ reported problem and issues
- Escalate the cases to the internal Level 2 support when the problems cannot be solved
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma/Certificate holder in computer studies or equivalent
- At least 2 years working experience in IT Helpdesk support or customer services, preferably in retail environment
- Good experience in PC hardware, software, Microsoft Windows, Office and Lync applications
- Good command of English and Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage
- Good customer services and problem solving skill
