• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from the Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University/ Hong Kong Technical College / Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent.

• Grade E or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or equivalent.

• 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience of site supervision of building services installations.

Appointment will be made in accordance with the prevailing Government’s terms and conditions for the employment of Resident Site Staff.
