Tasks and Responsibilities:

• To prepare consolidated financial and management reports for month end, year end and budgeting/ forecast on a timely basis.
• To support and monitor overseas offices relating to month-end closing, accounting policies and procedures and internal control procedures, etc.
• Prepare variance analysis, reconciliation, reports and schedules on a timely basis
• Liaise with various parties to facilitate all kinds of financial related duties
• Compliance with statutory, regulatory and shareholder reporting requirements
• Enhance the financial reporting procedure to cope with the operational needs of the business
• To assist in financial system implementation and enhancement
• Perform any ad hoc projects/assignments as requested

Things you should bring along / Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent with qualified accountant status is preferred
• Minimum 8 years with relevant accounting experience, with 3 years in supervisory level in commercial environment
• Previous working experience at MNC with would be definitely an advantage
• Well versed in MS Office and experience in using SAP and Hyperion is an advantage
• Attention to detail, proactive, independent, hands-on, responsible and able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
• Strong communication skills, good written and spoken English and good problem solving skill
