Job Description
Responsibilities
As Accounting & Administration Assistant you will be responsible for managing the following dutiies;

Full set of accounts
-
Book-keeping and data entry
- Prepare financial and management reports as required
- Payroll & MPF administration
- Daily Bank reconciliation
- Processing ordering, invoices, receipts and payments
- Company secretarial related duties
- General office management and ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in Accounting and General Administration (Fresh Graduate will be considered)
- Full Set of accounts handling, from new company set up to monthly financial reporting
- Knowledge in Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel
- Familiar with general HR & Administration policies and guidelines
- Prior experience in a fast-pace hands-on businesses
- Attention to detail
- Able to prioritize and work without direct supervision
- Good organization and task orientated
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
- Immediate available is an advantage
