Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine accounting duties including invoicing and payment process.
• Handle & manage full set of books, ensure timely accounting closing and management report.
• Perform inter-company transactions and adjusting journal entries.
• Prepare monthly cash flow, quarterly forecast and annual budget.
• Prepare quarterly consolidation, variance analysis and supporting schedules.
• Maintain effective communication with our business units in Hong Kong and China offices.
• Liaise with finance teams of PRC subsidiaries on accounts-related matter.
• Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline, or semi-qualified member of HKICPA or equivalents.
• Minimum 3 years solid experience in handling GL, AR, AP and financial reporting.
• Mature, proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a good team player.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Putonghua is a must.
• Good PC skills in MS Excel and Word, and knowledge in Peachtree will be an advantage.
• Immediate available preferred.
