Duties:

• Perform daily accounting operations, include preparation of payments, invoices and vouchers, handle and reconcile inter-company transactions, maintain AR and AP, L/C and filing, accounting schedules and bank reconciliations
• Assist in month-end closing, management account and analysis, annual external audit and stock take
• Ensure accurate accounting entries and maintain timely accounts and records
• Coordinate with other departments on accounting matters
• Handle ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in accountancy or equivalent
• Mininium 6 years' solid accounting experience in handling full set of accounts, familiar with L/C operation experience is a MUST
• Knowledge in China Trade is an advantage
• Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good attitude, hardworking and self-motivate
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
• Hand on experience in Peachtree /Flex/Sun Accounting Software, Kingdee ERP, MS office and Chinese word processing
