Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and administer for all-rounded HR functions to ensure smooth operations, including but not limited to payroll, compensation and benefits administration, recruitment and employee relations;
- Review, design and implement local HR policies and programs aligned to business needs and communicate effectively to outlets in-charges;
- Responsible for annual projects like performance appraisal, salary review, year-end bonus and company events;
- Handle ad-hoc projects and related duties when required
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management or related discipline
- At least 3-year relevant experience in Human Resources and prefer in hotel/F&B industry
- Solid HR knowledge in Hong Kong employment ordinances and practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build relationships at all levels
- Good problem-solving ability, open-minded, able to work under pressure and have sense of urgency
- Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
- Knowledge in HRIS application and MS office
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
