Job Summary:  

This position is responsible for 2 key areas:  

1. Sales reports & analysis: 
   Assists Sales Planning & Administration Manager to (a) provide sales reports and analysis to Sales Director on a timely basis; (b) provide monthly updates on sales forecast and latest estimate: (c) prepare annual budget and strategic plan; (c) provide support on A&P management. 
   
   
2. Support the e-commerce development: 
   Assists to develop the company’s new e-commerce platform (Drinks & Co.) by providing basic system maintenance.

The incumbent should have strong business acumen to ensure high level of analysis to fuel business development vision, possess good presentation skills as well as strong inter-personal skills to facilitate data collection. 

Principal Accountabilities: 

1)    Sales reports & analysis:

• Prepare monthly sales reports and analysis on a timely basis;
• Coordinate and provide monthly update on the latest sales forecast and estimation;
• Assist the monitoring of investment and A&P spending under Sales team;
• Assist in initiatives and projects;
• Assist in ad hoc projects and presentations. 

2)    Support the e-commerce development:

• Assists to develop the company's new e-commerce platform (Drinks & Co.) by providing basic system maintenance with the support of IT Department.
• Be innovative. Generate ideas to develop the e-commerce platform.

 Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree in BBA/ Finance/ Accounting;
• 3-4 years experiences in sales data analysis/ project management;
• Excellent commercial sense and presentation skills;
• Strong numeracy and excel skills with proven ability to absorb and synthesise multiple sources of data;
• Able to deal with large quantity of data with high accuracy and tight timeline;
• Good team player, innovative and able to work under own initiative;
• Fluent in English and Cantonese, both written and spoken.
