The Role:

The BA talent pool is part of the Global Delivery Model dedicated to delivering excellence within project execution for the group. Along with gathering requirements across Middle Office functions, you will create the core project documentation to include project updates, business requirements documents, process flows, gap analysis, UAT packs and procedure documents.

Requirements:

You’ve had exposure delivering high visual IT projects locally or internationally. You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial institutions with preferable exposure to Wealth Management or Equities/Derivatives. You’ll be expected to partner with IT / Business team to understand business needs and translate into use cases and functional requirements. With an international outlook, you’re highly comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment and speak fluent English.
