Responsible for execution of corporate finance (Type 6 activities) services on listed and unlisted securities services

 Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

1.     Execution of corporate finance / M&A / advisory mandates, including pre-IPO / private equity investment in both sell side and/ or buy side capacity

2.     lead a small team to close transactions

3.     Good knowledge in equity and equity linked instruments and trade sale or IPO exit

4.     Ability to source and originate quality transactions an advantage

 Job Specification:

a.     Bachelor degree major in finance, accounting, business management or other relevant areas

b.     Experience - Min 2 years’ solid corporate finance / M&A / advisory execution experience

c.     Strong analytical and commercial acumen and abe to work independently 

d.     Fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua and English
