Responsibilities

-          Educating customers to competently put on a climbing harness

-          Teaching short technique classes on a variety of topics

-          Ensuring safety of both staff and customers within the facility

-          Evaluating experienced climbers on proper belay techniques

Requirements

-          Experience instructing belaying

-          Moderate experience climbing indoors

-          Excellent teaching abilities

-          Phenomenal customer interaction abilities

-          Professional attitude and an eagerness to share their love of climbing
