Our client is a Hong Kong based investment holding company principally engaged in property-related businesses is now seeking a high caliber to join their team.

Reporting to the Division Head, the successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with tenants and the mall management team on all tenant relations issue.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to provide quality services to tenants including take-over/hand-over of premises, monitor design development and supervision of fitting out, renovation and A&A works
• Ensure all tenants are aligned and comply with the company standards and procedures
• Provide consultation to tenants on their business or operations needs and attend their needs to enhance tenant satisfaction
• Develop and manage effective relationships across tenants, the mall management team, customers and cross-functional staff

Requirement

• Degree holder with professional membership in related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in shopping mall management, of which 5 years in managerial level
• Familiar with fitting out and large-scale A&A works
• Strong communication, relationship building and motivational skills
• Excellent command in written and spoken English & Chinese
