Your duties will include planning and execution of interior projects (furniture and fixtures).  The major duties are:

• Interface with clients regarding product design, programming and logistics control
• Provide quotations to clients, process and follow up orders
• Liaise and collaborate with contractors
• Require frequent travel to our factory in Dongguan, vendors and construction sites
• Carries out works in accordance with program and keep budgetary control
• Supervise logistics management, furniture & fixture installation, site progress and quality control
• Provide project reports and summarize final accounts

 Your qualifications

• Degree or Diploma holder in building, sales, or engineering discipline preferred
• Knowledge in design and AutoCAD essential

• 4-5 years interior projects experience at senior position
• Cost conscious and attentive to details
• Strong communication skill
• Good language skill in English and Chinese, Mandarin speaking
• Good knowledge in computer software
