• In possession of a Certificate in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
• A minimum of 5 year's post qualification experience in the maintenance of building service installation in Hong Kong
• Good command of wriitten and spoken English and Chinese
• Good PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Registered Electrical Worker qualified for Grade A work under the latest Electricity Ordinance
• The successful candidate will be responsible for supervision of sub-contractors, inspection of work and carrying out repair & maintenance work.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Working Location: Lai Chi Kok
