Job duties:

• Directly report to CEO
• Manage the daily operations of the outlet
• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs
• Responsible for ensuring that all financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, government laws, and ordinances ™
• Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of F&B and services. Maintain professional outlet image, including cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards 
• Work with Corporate office staff for efficient provisioning and purchasing of supplies
• Work closely with shareholders and management team
• With project or outlet pre-opening experience is highly preferred
• Handle ad-hoc project as assigned

Job Requirements:

• 10 years or above solid and related working experience in F&B, lounge and night-life industry and at least 5 years in managerial level
• Degree or above is preferred but not a must
• Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal and management skills
• Good problem solving skills & analytical capabilities
