Job Descriptions:

1. Handle all incoming calls from room guests.
2. Keep track of and follow up all room service requests
3. Provide the administrative support in Housekeeping Department

Requirements:

1. F.5 or above with a Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Management
2. With relevant working experiences in hotel industry is preferred
3. Pleasant and service-oriented 
4. Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
5. Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese is essential 
6. Able to work independently and on shift duty is required
