Our Client is a leading global ICT Company and now they are looking for a Print & Mail Room Operator  (secondment to iBank)

Responsibilities

• Sort all incoming mail into desk groups, and to deliver sorted mail, newspaper and magazines to meet the agreed services requirements
• Sort air and surface letters / packets according to destinations
• Responsible for courier delivery coordination and arrangement, filling airway bill and delivery note and following up customers' enquiries
• Handle local and overseas incoming and outgoing mails
• Operate office printing equipments/production printers and related finishing equipment
  
• Responsible for mass printing, letter folding, franking and operation of relevant machines
• Compile monthly management report

Requirements

• Previous mailroom/ print room with experience in banking and financial industry is highly preferred
• Reprographics, goods inward and courier experience a benefit
• Good knowledge in PC applications such as Word and Excel
• Energetic, willing to learn, high level of common sense, positive approach
• Experience in customer service / dealing with people.
• Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
• Flexible approach, both following job requirements and time requirements
