Job Duties:

• System configuration, administration and troubleshooting
• PC, servers, network and application set up and maintenance
• Provide technical support and training to the internal staffs
• Perform routine data backup and hardware/software upgrade
• Handle IT procurement according to the Group IT policy and standard
• Maintain up-to-date IT inventory list and support ad-hoc IT projects
• Regularly review the systems and network security policies
• Prepare IT documentation for project implementation, IT operation and maintenance
• Role as the “Help-Desk” to resolve the technical and application issues encountered by the users

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Information technology or equivalent
• Holder of MCSE/MCP or other professional qualification is preferred
• At least 3 year IT experience in network management and system administration of Windows servers, Active Directory, LAN, firewall/router
• Good knowledge on installation of MS office applications, Windows server O/S, networking equipment and VMware/SAN storage.
• Experience in providing technical support to the users in clinic industry is preferred
• Good analytical, communication, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills
• Good command in writing English and Chinese;
• Work independently, good team player and eager to learn
• Responsible, hardworking, self-initiative and result oriented
• After hours support service and on call duty are required
