Responsibility 

• Lead the development and implementation of numerous complex payment systems (Credit,Collection,Payment)  
• Lead and motivate the project teams to carry out all projects tasks and deliverable according to agreed time and cost estimates
• Develop and manage project communication, change management and stakeholder engagement plans
• Ensure all project costs are budgeted, forecasted, accrued and charged appropriately and on a timely basis
• Focusing on improving customer experience and overall payment solution performance through analytics
• Lead business requirement gathering and analysis with regional/local markets and functional teams
• Manage project team members to meet deliverable in accordance to enterprise governance methodology
• Close interaction with clients through regular project updates and network.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines 
• Minimum 6 years’ hands-on experience in project management in banking or financial industry
• Experience with proven end to end payment projects (Credit,Collection,Payment)
• Experience in developing, documenting and maintain policies, processes and procedures
• Strong analytic and problem solving, planning and implementation skills
• Good communication presentation and influencing skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent spoken and written English; fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin will be an advantage when speaking to clients
