Job Description

Our team is looking for an experienced mobile product owner to make amazing user experiences on iOS and Android.  We believe that the future of health is going to happen on mobile devices and need a mobile-first thinking product manager to help that future happen. The title will be “Product Manager – Mobile Experience”.

What you’ll do

  • Own and lead the mobile product area, driving cross-functional collaboration to define and design features
  • Analyze and give structure to amorphous problems and opportunities, helping drive both strategic and tactical decisions
  • Explore and exploit uniquely mobile opportunities
  • Collaborate with engineering to plan, build, and launch features
  • Guiding/defining the vision, what and why, of the apps
  • A line toward mentoring other members of the team toward a mobile-first mindset
  • A line toward a focus on data-informed (over data-driven) iteration of features
  • Work with world leading AI/machine learning teams and other cutting edge healthcare technologies

We hope you have

  • Extensive mobile app development experience including managing multiple products and launches on iOS and Android.
  • Insight into what makes a great user experience and a passion for making people's lives better through them
  • The ability to ruthlessly prioritize and triage features while fighting for the user
  • A solid understanding of mobile focused design guidelines
  • A solid understanding of the trade-offs between a mobile website, a hybrid app, and a native app
  • A solid understanding of how mobile app users are different than web users
  • Experience getting things done in an agile and ever-changing startup environment, be ready for curveballs
  • Attention to detail and a high quality bar
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills, including experience and insight into making complex concepts simple
  • A passion for health and healthcare
  • Guiding/defining the vision, what and why, of the apps
  • Experience mentoring other team members specifically toward a mobile-first mindset
  • Iterate on features with a blend of user research, data analysis, and team insights
