Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
- Provide first-line user support for email, LAN/WAN, PC hardware and o/s, remote access, desktop applications, business applications, video conferencing, hand held devices setup
- Provide first-line support for server operations
- Record and analyze helpdesk calls
- Prepare and maintain documentation of IT
- Proactive training of users on software and system usage
- Update and maintain inventory records of computer hardware & software; maintain procedures, manuals and other relevant documentation
- On site duty and irregular working hours may required
Requirements:
- 2 years of solid experience in technical and users support
- Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science or relevant disciplines
Skills:
- Hands-on experience in desktop/server hardware, LAN administration, networking, Windows 2003/2008, MS Office 2010
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with fluent in listening and speaking of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
