PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: 

• Provide first-line user support for email, LAN/WAN, PC hardware and o/s, remote access, desktop applications, business applications, video conferencing, hand held devices setup
• Provide first-line support for server operations
• Record and analyze helpdesk calls
• Prepare and maintain documentation of IT
• Proactive training of users on software and system usage
• Update and maintain inventory records of computer hardware & software; maintain procedures, manuals and other relevant documentation
• On site duty and irregular working hours may required

Requirements:  

• 2 years of solid experience in technical and users support
• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science or relevant disciplines

Skills:

• Hands-on experience in desktop/server hardware, LAN administration, networking, Windows 2003/2008, MS Office 2010
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with fluent in listening and speaking of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
