Responsibilities:

•     To select right persons for the job and do coaching;
•     to establish milestone / finish lines for work done;
•     To execute award system to exert staff excellence;
•     To lead and push non-manager staff to meet company targets;
•     To find out skills required by non-manager staff and provide training;
•     To establish an “auditor” to audit work done;
•     Support ad-hoc projects assigned.

  Job Requirements:

•     Experience in establishing / execution of workflow for office work;
•     Experience on know-how to select staff and coaching to their talent and interest;
•     Experience in award system to motivate staff to be excellence;
•     Good coaching experience to build a well management team;
•     Excellent English, written and spoken Chinese (including Putonghua);
•     Creative, self-motivated, detail-minded and a devoted team player with      good communication and interpersonal skills;
•     Proficient in PC application i.e. MS Office;
•     Frequent travel to Shanghai, Panyu and Shenzhen;
•     Experience in ISO, SIX SIGMA, 5S are preferable;
