Responsibilities:

• Assist the team to deliver professional and quality services to clients on general insurance
• Handle enquiries from different channels including phone, email and fax etc.
• Prepare quotations, business renewal notices, closing instructions and other related documents
• Support the team to achieve business goals by participating in business developing campaigns
• Maintain good customer relationship to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education with good progression in insurance professional qualification
• 3 years’ experience in insurance industry
• Proactive, customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
