The Job:

1. Provide administrative and documentary support to the managers in client servicing
2. Create and analyze documents/reports to ensure servicing requirements of clients are met and establish rapport with existing clients
3. Negotiate with insurance companies on all business-related activities
4. Assist managers to Implement sales and marketing programs.
5. Handle day-to-day operations and other duties assigned by the management.
   
   
   

The Person:

1. Form 7 or above
2. 1-2 years experience in general insurance and/or employees’ benefits insurance
3. Holder of IIQE paper I, II and III. In progress towards insurance professional qualification as ACII/ANZIIF/FLMI is definitely an advantage
4. Good command of written and spoken English and knowledge in Mandarin      
5. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing)
6. Good team player, and able to work independent and under pressure with good problem solving skills
7. Highly organized and able to assign priorities
   
   

More senior positions will be offered to candidate with more experience.
